Directions
From the West
- Long Island Expressway EAST to Exit 41 NORTH (Broadway/Route 107 North)
- Go approximately a half-mile and exit at Route 25 (Jericho Tpke) EAST.
- Continue on Jericho Tpke (Rt 25) east for approximately 6-tenths of a mile.
- Turn RIGHT onto Robbins Lane (there is a Citibank at the corner).
- Continue on Robbins La. for one-half mile.
- When you have gone one-half mile, you will see a small business, "STARS OF TOMORROW" on your left. Just past that is the parking lot. Turn LEFT into the lot. TRUE ESSENTIAL is on your right side just before the Bev Francis Powerhouse Gym.
Alternate: Take Northern State Parkway EAST to Exit 35 NORTH. Follow #s 2-6 above.
From the East
Long Island Expressway WEST to Exit 43A - Robbins Lane.
- Go to traffic light, and turn right onto Robbins Lane.
- Continue for one-half mile (you will go over the LIRR tracks and start to see various stores on the right side)
- Turn RIGHT into the parking lot after the Jagermeister Deli strip of stores.
- TRUE ESSENTIAL is on the right side just before the Bev Francis Powerhouse Gym.
Alternate: Take Northern State Parkway WEST to Exit 36 North This is South Oyster Bay Road. When you get onto S.Oyster Bay Rd, get into the left lane and turn LEFT onto the Long Island Epressway Service Road (there is a Mobil Station at that corner). Continue on service road to traffic light. This is Robbins Lane. Follow #s 3 - 5 above.
From the South
Wantagh Parkway NORTH to Northern State Parkway EAST.
- Exit at 35 NORTH - Route 107/Broadway.
- Go approximately a half-mile and exit at Route 25 (Jericho Tpke) EAST.

TRUE ESSENTIAL is on the right side just before the Bev Francis Powerhouse Gym.
Alternate: Take Meadowbrook Parkway NORTH to Northern State Parkway EAST. Then follow #s 2-7, above.
